This sunny property of recent construction, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located very close to the best beaches of Barcelona, it is 3 minutes’ walk from the metro POBLENOU, and only 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
This apartment is an excellent option to enjoy from everything the city has to offer.
Living room:
Spacious living room with a sofa bed, large table and lamps. It has a Bluetooth speaker and a SmartTV (you will need your Amazon/Netflix account to access its channels). The dining room has a large table for 6 people.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom with bathroom has 1 double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and a safe. There are 2 additional bedrooms; one with double bed and one with single bed, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a full bath with shower, sink, bidet and WC, and the second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Kitchen:
In addition to a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.

For the direct reservations at www.barcelonstuff.com, 20% of the total rental amount is to be paid by the moment of securing the reservation, and the pending 80% shall be charged 5 days prior to the arrival date. All charges are not refundable.
NON Refundable cancelationThe full charge will be taken after the reservation and no amount will be refunded in case of cancelation
LONG STAYS (up to 32 Days)For reservations longer than 32 days: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before arrival. If canceled when less time is left, the first 30 days of the stay will be non-refundable.

Tourist tax: 5.5 EUR / person / night.AREA DESCRIPTION - The Mar Bella 4 apartment is located in the area of Poble Nou / Diagonal Mar, which is a residential and charming area of the city just 5 minutes from the sea, near Vila Olimpica and Mar Bella, one of the Barcelona’s best beaches.
The apartment is close to the pedestrian area of Rambla de Poble Nou which has a local friendly atmosphere with many trees and café bars.Las Ramblas and the city centre is 15 minutes away by metro (Poble Nou, Line 4 is near the apartment) or you can take a relaxing stroll down the sea front past Vila Olimpica until Barceloneta beach or the old port (Port Vell). It is an area where you’ll experience a local and catalan atmosphere next to the city and the beach.
The Poble Nou area is one of the neighbourhoods which has changed most in the last years in Barcelona. It has had an interesting evolution which in less than a century has passed from being industrial to a completely modern area, with the Forum (which housed an exhibition about global warming and ethical living) and Vila Olimpica (an area built for the 1992 Olympic Games).
