About this apartment
This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is located in a charming neighbourhood, with supermarkets and cafe-bars on the border of Vila Olìmpica. Just 1 minute walk to the beach and just behind our Rambla del Poblenou, a pedestrian street plenty of terraces and restaurants.
Just a short stroll from the beach, this bright Barcelona apartment provides the perfect comfort zone to come back to after a day of sunshine or exploring the city.
Living area:
Spacious living room with a sofa bed, large table and lamps. It has a Bluetooth speaker and a SmartTV (you will need your Amazon/Netflix account to access its channels). There are large windows with views and sun practically all day. There are 2 tiny balconies, were you can stand outside.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
The ensuite master bedroom has 1 double bed, side tables and lamps, wardrobe. A second bedroom has 1 double bed, side tables and lamps, wardrobe. In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.
The ensuite bathroom has a full bath with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC.
Kitchen:
Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equipped with:
Electric cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, etc

Cancellations
STANDARD CANCELATION POLICY
For the direct reservations at www.barcelonstuff.com, 20% of the total rental amount is to be paid by the moment of securing the reservation, and the pending 80% shall be charged 5 days prior to the arrival date. All charges are not refundable.
NON Refundable cancelationThe full charge will be taken after the reservation and no amount will be refunded in case of cancelation
LONG STAYS (up to 32 Days)For reservations longer than 32 days: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before arrival. If canceled when less time is left, the first 30 days of the stay will be non-refundable.

Tourist tax: 5.5 EUR / person / night.AREA DESCRIPTION - The Rambla Beach apartment is located in the area of Poble Nou / Diagonal Mar, which is a residential and charming area of the city just 5 minutes from the sea, near Vila Olimpica and Mar Bella, one of the Barcelona’s best beaches.
The apartment is just behind the Rambla de Poble Nou, pedestrian street which has a local friendly atmosphere with many trees and café bars. Las Ramblas and the city centre is 15 minutes away by metro (Poble Nou, Line 4 is near the apartment) or you can take a relaxing stroll down the sea front past Vila Olimpica until Barceloneta beach or the old port (Port Vell). It is an area where you’ll experience a local and catalan atmosphere next to the city and the beach.

OTHER PAYMENTS:
- On the Check-in day you have to pay the TOURIST TAX, which is 4,4€ / person and day. Rate will increase to €5,5 for all reservations on and after 1/4/23.
- Late check in: Please Keep in mind that there is a small surcharge of €30 in the event that your arrival is after 10pm, since in that case it is considered a late check in. This extra is exclusively for the person who receives you in the apartment.
- Security Deposit: Upon your arrival a deposit of up to € 250 will be requested, which will be returned once the apartment has been left and the cleaning done.

Parking place is offered in a 24h surveilled parking, 2 minutes away (walking distance) from our place. It has a cost, changing based on the number of nights. It has to be requested in advanced.
